Giant Tetrahedron

On Friday afternoon, we joined up with the other P7 classes to work on a Giant Tetrahedron Challenge,  which a few people from Robertsons Construction came in to school to do with us.

We started off working on our own to make individual tetrahedrons.  It was a bit fiddly but we soon got the hang of it and helped each other.

After lunch, we all went to the hall.  We were all unsure of how it was going to be put together!

We went into four groups and were given four of the individual tetrahedrons to put together to make a bigger one.  It took a bit of figuring out but eventually we got there!

We then had to construct an even bigger tetrahedron with these...

And then the final giant tetrahedron!

It was super fun.  Everyone helped each other and showed great team working skills.  It was a shame we had to take it apart!
